It is the acrylic based, one-component plaster coat increasing adherence of surface before application of cement or gypsum plaster and make them adhere much better for vertical and horizontal exposed concrete surfaces.

Application Areas

It is used in indoors and outdoors as adherence promoter of plaster, cement and lime based mixtures in vertical and horizontal applications.

0,2 - 0,35 kgs/m2 (It is varied by applied surfaces.)

Water Mixing Rate

Add 5-7 liters water into UKS Exposed Concrete Plaster Coat of 20 kgs and mix them with a low speed mixer until obtaining a homogenous mixture.

Drying Time

About 24 hours under the conditions of 23 °C and relative moisture rate of 50%.

Storage and Shelf Life

It is 1 year at maximum in a cool and dry place in its covered original package. They should be stored on pallets in their original buckets of 20 kg and in maximum 4 layer stacks.

Surface Preparation

 Application surfaces should be dry and clean. It shouldn’t be applied to wet and moist surfaces.

Application

 Plaster application is performed 6 hours later than application of UKS Exposed Concrete Plaster Coat. It should be applied by a brush or roller in layers. Undercoated surface should be protected from factors such as water, rain and strong wind until it completes its curing.

 Use personal protective equipments. In case of contact with eyes, wash your eyes with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children and covered. Do not eat. Do not throw remaining coat to the washbasin, closet or environment. Do not use empty packages to store food and drinking water.
