UKS EXPOSED REPAIR CONCRETE GROUT
Product Description
It is the last surface coating material strengthened with white cement, fine aggregate and chemical additives.
Usage Areas
It’s used in smoothing out the exposed concrete, concrete and plaster surfaces as glass.
Instructions
The application surface must be solid; if there is dust, dirt, bubbled plaster, these should be removed from painting plates.
If there are pores and holes on the application surfaces, they should be repaired with UKS Repair Concrete Grout prior to application at least 1-2 days and concrete overhangs must be removed being broken.
If the surface is dry it must be moistened lightly before application.
While doing application on sun-soaked and windswept surfaces surface must be saturated with water against rapid drying. The UKS Exterior Putty (20 kg) must be mixed with mixer or trowel pouring slowly into approximately 7-8 liters of clean water until there are no lumps. The prepared mixture should be consumed within 2 hours.

Suggestions:
Applications exposed to direct sunlight should be avoided and application surfaces should be kept away from sunlight for 3 days and must be watered.
It should not be applied on frozen, melting surfaces or on surfaces which has the risk of frost within 24 hours.
Warnings:
No foreign building material (lime, cement, gypsoplast, etc.) should be added into prepared plaster,
It is not applied on unstable surfaces and surfaces with impaired plaster more thick than 3 mm,
Do not go out of specified application surface and instructions,
Implementation should be avoided on frozen surfaces in cold weathers,
Do not breathe in directly. In case of eye contact rinse with plenty of water, consult your doctor if it needed,
The UKS Exterior Putty must be protected against rapid drying,
