Product Description
It is the cement-based, chemical mixed industrial coating material with quarz aggregate that is applied to fresh concrete surface and provides resistance to and high strength against abrasion and impact.

Application Areas
It is used in areas of loading and unloading, stores, landing places, dockyards, aircraft hangars, heliports, underground railway stations, pedestrian ways, pavements, parks and gardens, subways, parking areas, garages, vehicle maintenance and gas stations, factories, power plants, mechanical workshops, schools, shopping centers, new floorings of houses and commercial buildings.

Wastage     In accordance with the purpose of use and traffic load, it should be used 5,0 kgs at least, in colorful applications approximately (4,0-9,0 kgs / m2).

Surface Preparation
To obtain a good application and a firm ground, new concrete to be poured should be BS-25 class at least or should be 350 concrete.
It is better to use a proper UKS Primer between old and new concretes as adherence provider. To improve the features of concrete, it is recommended to use economic IZOCIM Concrete Admixture Material in accordance with ambient conditions.
UKS T 300 should be started to be applied in case there remains a footprint of 3-5 mms when stepped on the concrete. There should not be too much water on the surface.
Water accumulated on the surface should be removed and the surface must be moist.
Two-third of the material to be used is spread to the surface by being dispersed homogenously and it is waited to get moisturized thoroughly (it should be observed that it changes color). Material is provided to penetrate the concrete by using polishing wheel and it is provided to be integrated with the concrete. Remaining one third of the material is spread to the surface in the same way and it is waited to get moisturized (to change color) thoroughly. Then polishing is applied by letting the surface to absorb it.
After surface hardness convenient to walk on is provided, fine polishing is applied to obtain a fine surface by not damaging material.
When application of UKS T 300 is finished, it is strongly recommended to use a proper UKS Curing Material to prevent early curing and shrinkage cracks and to increase performance of the surface.

Storage
Its shelf life is 12 months in a dry and cool place. It should be stored in maximum 6 layer stacks.
