It is a one-component, high stability, easy to use cement based adhesive used for adhering tile, ceramic, granite and marble to the cement based surfaces such as concrete, plaster and alum.

Usage Areas
It is used in adherence of tile, ceramic, faience, granite, decorative brick, glass mosaic and natural and cast stones at wet voluminous areas such as bathroom, kitchen, balcony, terrace, swimming pools and water tanks in vertical and horizontal applications in indoors and outdoors.

It is economic, used in indoors and outdoors, easy to prepare and apply. Its processing time is long, it can be applied safely on horizontal and vertical surfaces, it is water and frost-resistant after curing and resistant to shock and vibration.

Storage     Shelf life is about 12 months. Products should be stored in a cool and dry place and in maximum 6 layer stacks.

Surface Preparation
Application ground is purified from loose pieces, oil and other chemicals and defects on the surface are repaired by UKS Repair Mortar. Application surface is saturated by being moisturized, if its temperature is over 25 °C.

Preparation Instructions
Powder material (25 kgs) is added in 6-7 liter (can be varied by air temperature) clean and cool mixing water and a homogenous, smooth mixture is obtained with a proper low-speed mixer in 3-4 minutes. It shouldn’t be added water into the powder material. After mixture is kept waiting for 3-5 minutes, it is mixed again and spread to the surface by being raked with a notched trowel chosen according to the size of the ceramic and by being pulled in one way. Ceramics are processed on raked mortar in 15-20 minutes. By leaving required grouting distance during adhering, it is lightly pressed to make mortar on the surface clearly contact the ceramic and it is provided to be surrounded by mortar. Grouting should be applied after 24 hours in wall applications and after 48 hours in floor applications. It is recommended to use a proper UKS Grouting Material.

Considerations
Do not use expired or hardened mortar. Hardening mortar must not be diluted again. Applications must be protected from rain, frost, wind, sunlight and high heat for the first 24 hours.
