It is the polymer modified and cement based ready-mixed grout with high adherence which is used in adhesion of polystyrene-based heat and sound insulation sheets.
Usage Areas
It is used for the adherence of the extrude polystyrene (XPS), expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets and mineral wool sheets on the internal and external surfaces of the buildings and on vertical, horizontal and ceiling surfaces.
Advantages of the Product
It is not effected by water, provides high adherence on concrete, brick, aerated concrete, plaster, prefabricated, panel etc. surfaces , can be used on indoors and outdoors, and it is proper for vertical, horizontal and ceiling applications, resistant to external effects and frost.

Storage Shelf life 6 months. Products should be stored in a cool and dry place and in maximum 6 layer stacks.
Surface Preparation
Application ground should be purified from loose pieces, oil and other chemicals and must be clean. Concrete, cement and plasters should be dry and completed the setting time. If the floor is extremely absorbent or the application is made in hot weathers, the application surface should be moisturized.
Preparation Instructions and Applications
Powder material (25 kgs) is added in 6-7 liters (can be varied by air temperature) clean and cool mixing water and a homogenous, smooth mixture is obtained with a proper low-speed mixer in 3-4 minutes and waited for 5-10 minutes. Rested material gets ready for use by re-mixing. Water shouldn’t be added into powder material. 5 - 35 °C is recommended for application temperature the prepared building material, is placed continuously on all along edges of the back surfaces of sheets and as points in the middle parts of the sheets. Sheets are suppressed on the adherence surface; it is placed on by gently tapping with a wood or rubber mallet and adhered. After sufficient curing of the adhesive, sheets are fixed to the surfaces with the help of dowels.
Considerations
The prepared material should be used within approximately 2 hours. The hardening of the mortar on the surface should be prevented while the sheets are placed on. It shouldn’t be applied at the temperature of below 5 °C. The doweling process should be made early at the high-rise applications and windy areas.
