Product Description
It is the one component, acrylic and water based, general purpose admixture material used for promoting adherence and waterproofing in cement based mortars.

Application Areas
It is used in liquid mortars, rough renderings, repair mortars, coating mortars, masonry mortars, ceramic adhesive mortars, alums and as primer under alum in industrial surface, as pore blocking under raised floorings and for providing nonskid by being laid under carpets.

Advantages of the Product
It provides waterproofing, excellent adherence and elasticity, it increases chemical resistance, it is water based, it does not include solvent, it is odorless, it provides resistance against wearing, it is resistant to alkaline environment, it is not toxic, it has a wide usage area.

Application
Application area is purified from all kinds of loose pieces, oil and other chemicals. It is used by being mixed with clean water varying between the rates of 1/1 and 1/4 depending on usage area.  .

Adherence between old and new concrete
UKS Latex Plus mixture of sand and cement at the rate of 1/1 that was diluted with water at the rate of 1/2 is mixed properly. Intense mixture is applied to the old concrete, of which surface preparation has been done, by brush. Before primer gets dry in full, concrete or alum is applied on it.

Alum
Considering required features of alum, UKS Latex Plus of 3-5 kgs is added to alum of 1 m3. It is recommended to use old concrete primer before application.

Plaster Mortar
UKS Latex Plus of 5 kgs is added to primer of 1 m3. Surfaces should be prepared by being wet 12 hours before application.

Repair Mortar
By adding UKS Latex Plus at the rate of 1/2 to the cement/sand primer at the rate of 1/3, primer at the float consistency is obtained.

Rough Grout
By adding fresh cement of 350 kgs at least and UKS Latex Plus of 10 kgs to the stream sand of 1 m3, it is added water until it gets thick.
Prepared mixture is applied on surface that has been prepared 12 hours before by being wet.
