Product Description
It is a high-performance ingredient used by adding it to concrete or concrete grout in powder which prevents water and moisture in the final. Cement paste with IZOCIM creates a hydrophobic layer in capillar voids of concrete grouts and concretes that it provides certain impermeability against water and moistue.

Usage Areas - Interior and Exterior Plasters
It has achieved the desired performance in the areas where you want water and moisture impermeability such as water tanks, swimming and decorative pools, impermability pits, silos, bare concretes, dome isolations, foundation walls, retaining and curtain walls, foundations and bridges, in wet areas such as kitchen, balcony, terrace, bathroom, WC.

Advantages of the Product
It is economical, provides water and moisture impermeability precisely, prevents corrosion of reinforcement concrete structure, doesn't adversely affect the strength of the delivery systems of constructions, contrarily it has the ability of increasing strength. (Yildiz Technical University Report)

Pressure and Bending Strength
The comparative pressure and inflection strength of concrete experiment cube and prisms containing an additive with 20 kg / cm3 IZOCIM to ordinary concretes are also shown on table 1 below.

Frost Experiment
The concrete samples containing additive IZOCIM had been maintained in the water for 24 hours and then, it had been put into cold storage depot which is at minus twenty degrees for 4 hours and removed in the water for 4 hours again.
This process is repeated for 20 times and couldn't be seen any damage such as cracks, spoils on the samples.

Capillarity Experiment
The IZOCIM doped samples which had been subjected to capillarity examination for 7 and 28 days provides a massive reduction in capillarity of plaster, screed and concretes as shown in the table below.

There has seen no important change in pressure and bending strengths due to IZOCIM.

Preparation Instructions
Grouting Mortar: The sand passed through the sieve according to the rates specified in the dosage table in Table 3 are shoveled to a clean surface. IZOCIM is poured over the sand and it is shoveled perfectly. The cement is added into this mortar and continued stirring. It is becoming a mortar by adding enough water and brogugt to rest approximately 30 minutes. 12 shovel of this mortar is taken into a bowl and they are diluted till they form as a buttermilk.

The resulting syrup is brushed on the ground with a brush or vacuum. It is spreaded with syrup slurry machine in vertical grounds.

Plasters without Screed and Lime: Coarse sand and IZOCIM are blended according to the rates specified in the dosage table in Table 3. The cement is added to this mixture and continued to mix.It is happened to be plaster by adding enough water to this mixture. Wooden float and sponge must be used to restate the screed and finishing musn't be done with steel trowel.

Concrete: 30 kg of IZOCIM is added to 1m3 concrete while working on reinforced concrete structural walls and foundations. If the mixtures used in concrete manufacture would be prepared with a mixture; IZOCIM is put into the mixer directly and mixed for 5 minutes.

Considerations
It must be strictly obeyed to the order of preparation of IZOCIM adopted plaster.
The surface of concrete must be cleaned from screed, mortar etc. and be washed before the application of IZOCIM doped screed.
If the IZOCIM doped screed application will be applied onto the syrup, the screed must be applied after this application and the surface must be washed when the frying starts. Especially, wetting the surface is very important at summer.
